How do I avoid keyloggers when entering my password in PGP v9.9?

This question is about PGP's passphrase encryption/decryption protocol...

I like to use Neo's Safekeys to enter passwords because keyloggers supposedly don't pick it up... But the stupid password-entry dialog box that PGP uses won't let me drop text onto it, nor can I enter random text and then select and delete to end up with my password... In fact the only way you can use that worthless thing is to type the password out one letter at a time, you can't even move the cursor right or left. Why would they make that password-entry dialog box so limited?

So my question is: How can I enter my PGP password in a way that a keylogger can't capture it?

And has anyone cracked PGP's .exe so as to remove that obvious limitation?

    Thanks!

Oh, and please don't suggest using a key instead of a passphrase... I don't want to carry around a USB drive and have to put it in every time I want to decrypt something :(
