How do I control a PWM(sorry computer newb :P)

    So lately I was told my CPU fan is PWM controlled, meaning you get to change how fast u want it to spin. I was wondering how do I manage that and if one of you guys can let me know how to change the speed.












    Also, is it ok for my CPU to be at 60C while gaming?
