how do I create a memtest86 CD ??

Sorry for this stupid question but What does it mean by: "create an image from the un-zipped ISO file"? (To build a boot-able CD-ROM use your CD burning software to create an image from the un-zipped ISO file.)

I download the zipped file called memtest86-3.3.iso
It unzipped to a folder called memtest86-3.3.iso
inside that folder are 3 files: memtest(folder) memtest86-3.3(folder) memtest(ISO Archive) file

Which files or folders do I copy to my CD?

I would be burning with "RecordNow", Version 4.56/2002 VERITAS Software Corp.

 

I tried to burn this to a cd using CDburnXP and it's not working, the MS link with instructions make no sense to me either as it was written by a programmer for programmers and does not explain it simply for a normal human non programmer as myself, I don't have time to research half the SH** they are saying
