how do i delete trojan bitsprx.dll?

    im having trouble deletin a trojan from my computer becuase access to it is denied... the file is called bitsprx.dll and its located in C:\WINDOWS\system32... ive tried deletin it with symantec norton antivirus, AVG, and trojan remover but it doesnt work in neither normal or safe mode... what should i do?... please help...

    thank you... bitsprx.dll was deleted after i ran CCleaner... here is the log anyways...

    It was deleted by ComboFix not Ccleaner. You should attach the other requested logs because ComboFix showed you had other problems too.
