    my pc is slow and choppy at times so im woundering how do i do a fresh install of my windows 10 operation.

    First, back up your data.

    Next, try a reset and see if that fixes the problems. Microsoft has an article about this:


    If the reset didn't help, then follow the instructions in the article for reinstalling Windows. If you've never created a Windows installation flash drive before, MajorGeeks has a step-by-step article explaining how to do it.
