How do I email music?

I play in a band, and sometimes I need to email band members demo recordings. I tried to email from My Music on my computer but I get a message telling me that I need an email address associated with the program, but how do I set one up? Thanks.

 

Depending on the size of the .mp3 file all you should have to do is go into your personal email, compose a new message, and add the .mp3 as an attachment. It might take a little bit to send, but it should eventually go through.
