How do I extract this video?

I want to add this video to my collection:

I usually use I.E. and take .RM files out of the temporary Internet Files folder, but this one does not show up there. Sometimes if that doesn't work then I right-click and make it play in a seperate player, this does not work either.

I also use Mozilla(no help here) and recently installed Firefox.

I just can't get this video. Any suggestions??
