How do I find "Explore"?

Dear Forum,
I am a real novice and have printed up and read instructions ("Run and Read me First").

Under the directions for '98, for showing Hidden files and Folders, it says to:

Click Start
Select Explore
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options....

Well, I click start and do not find "Explore". I tried Windows explorer, but there is no tools selection there.

Sorry for such a stupid question, but I obviously am in need of help.

Dear Chaslang,
I decided to recheck the instructions, and the ones for Win98 does NOT say to right click on start.

It says right click on all the other version's directions, but not 98.

I feel less stupid...I probably should have figure it out, but not as stupid as I did before rechecking. I had printed out the instructions to follow, and obviously my printed version did not say to right click.

Perhaps someone on the forum staff could fix that so no one else has to bother anyone about this.

This still does not diminish how thankful I am that you answered my post!
