How do I get back the options on the taskmanager?

I have lost the option tabs at the top of the taskmanager when I hit ctrl-alt-del. I used to be able to choose to shut down/restart from there but cannot now. Does anyone know how to get the options back?

I am running windows xp sp2

I also cant' seem to get the battery power meter back on the taskbar, despite selecting the option to have it there under power option properties/advanced/options. Is there another way?

 

bring up task manager and double-click on the border on the side and it should restore it to its normal look.

 

Cool my, taskmanager has been that way for awhile. You fixed it right up.
