How do I get rid of HSA, SW?

Please do not post any logs inline. Also before we look at HijackThis logs, standard cleaning procedures must be followed. HijackThis logs do not show all problems that a PC could have. It is not a malware scanning tool. You also must not use msconfig to control startups. This will be mention later in the procedures when you look at the link for installing and running HijackThis.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

• Bitdefender
• Panda Scan
• HijackThis

After you complete all of the above and attach the 3 requested logs, we will be able to finish cleaning your malware problems.

The READ ME looks long but there is a just a lot of text in there explaining things to you. Just follow it one step at a time from beginning to step 7. Do not jump around. It leads you by the hand and hundreds of novices do it each week. You do not need to delete anything on your own. Just fix allow the scanners to fix what they find and post the logs at the end. We will give step by step instructions afterwards to fix remaining problems. Running the scans will make final cleanup more complete and easier. Without doing them, more problems can still be hiding in your computer.
