I don't know alot about computers so please reply in simple terms. I have a Dell e1505. I downloaded my photos from JC Penney portrait website and for some reason they were called snapfire images. This never happened before. Now my photos from my Kodak camera that I save in my computer are also being called snapfire images and this snapfire program keeps opening for me to view my photos on. It says my trial has expired but I don't even know where this program came from. I already erased my memory card. Are these photos ruined from not being saved as jpegs? Can I change them to jpegs? How do I remove this snapfire program?

First of all, I realized that every single photo in my computer is labeled as 'type: snapfire image' no matter how old the photo is. It took over everything. In irfanview when I view my photos it shows the filename with a jpeg extension. But yet in 'my pictures' it calls them all snapfires. I tried the batch conversion to jpeg but nothing changed in 'my pictures'. They're still called snapfire images. So I didn't remove the snapfire program yet since I can't change this. What do I do? Please help.
