How Do I get rid of this???

I hope someone here can help me. I have this 'bing' thing stuck on my laptop screen. It is like a browser, but it just sits there on the right side of my page and I can't get rid of it. Even if I close Firefox, my email program, everything... the 'bing' thing is still there, I can't close it.

I have ran a malware scan and a Nortons scan and neither of them picked up anything.

It's really annoying cause it blocks off quarter of my screen and I can't get rid of it.

I have attached a screen shot - it is the picture thing on the right.

Ok, I'm on a 32 bit system

I think I may have fixed the problem though. Looking through cpanel, uninstall programs, I found some game program that is new and was also giving me pop ups. So I uninstalled that program and the Bing thing is gone.
