I want to make a media player (a small one) on my current flash document. Does anyone know how to do this?

I am a musician and I'm making an enhanced cd using macromedia flash mx 2004. I know how to make it autorun, and work for people without having the flash program, etc. All I need to know is how I can use the program to make a small player with controls (play, stop, back, forward, volume, the essentials you know?) I need to know how to put one on my existing document. I dunno how to make mp3s play or how to make a little media player. I hope someone can help me. I want to add two songs into this player. And I have them as mp3s. So if anyone can tell me how to do so I would appreciate it. I want those to be like the two bonus tracks on my disc you know?

And the only way people can access them is to put it in there pcs and use the enhanced cd features.

I have my document, with pictures, web links, etc. Don't worry if it'll work or not. I just need to know how to add a media player into my existing document, and how to make the two mp3's I have play in it. Thx

I just want it to play those two songs. By the way I have found an already made player. Which I would prefer to use, but i don't know how to edit it to put my own songs in it. The guy that made it put it on this site for anyone to edit and use. Note that I want it to be of the same size or smaller, and have the titles of my songs when you switch to them. If you download the file from the link you will notice that when you open it in macromedia flash it becomes huge in "document size", not pertaining the original size viewed on this site:

I dunno how to put that on my existing document. Or how to make my own songs play in it. If you can help me with that one. Or help me make my own new little nice looking song media player that would help. By the way I can convert audio files into any format so if I can't use mp3s I have a program to make it any file format audio. I just want it to retain quality sound for my listeners.

Here is the enhanced cd tutorial I am following (in case anyone wants to make an enhanced cd use it - though this link has nothing to do with helping me make the media player really):
