How do I run MS Debugging Tools in Safe Mode

I'm getting the Blue Screen so I'm in Safe Mode. I want to run the MS Debugging Tools but I can't install in Safe Mode. I tried running it in diagnostic but couldn't get that to work either. How can I get this to work?

 

Is there anyone out there who can help me out? Point me to a sticky or something?

We're not ignoring you, few can debug dumps and have experience, so nobody that knows the answer has seen your post in software. I don't know how to get it to run in safe mode but you could attach the mini dump file and see if someone will debug it for you. You want a mini or it will be too big to wade thru.
