How do I tell if I still have a problem?

Ok I ran thru the read me file and the subsequent 6 or so scans which are attached. I noticed on the Panda scan there is a hacktool kit or something. I am fairly certain I did these correctly but one of them is really long. Can anyone tell me if I removed everything? Or tell me what else I need to do?There are 3 more files in the next post.

After running all these scans and finding numerous virus, etc... I started to go back thru my startup tab in msconfig and I have identified a problem. There is a file located in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 called support.exe. From searches online it appears to be a file that is associated with dell support. But when I include that file in the startup is when I have problems. If I load it then the pagefile just grows and grows until I am out of memory. It just spends all of its resources increasing the pf size. If I don't load it then the pagefile stays around 260meg and the system runs normally. I thought this was possibly a virus but maybe it is a corrupted file. I don't know how to find out.
