How do I uninstall an illegal copy of XP pro?

    Hi All

    I've got a PC with an illegal copy of Windows XP pro already installed on it - I've got a legal copy of Windows XP pro to install on it but I can't seem to uninstall the illegal XP.

    I've looked in add and remove programs and there's no "uninstall winXP", tried safe mode with command prompt and it tells me that because there's no licience I can't uninstall xp.

    Am I missing something?
