How do I use this downloaded book?

Hi, I just downloaded a language course and the jpg shows the contents.

How do I use it?

I know how to unzip files etc ;-)

It would help if you told us what type of file you downloaded? PDF maybe?

Sorry I thought you were asking about the highlighted one. I just gave it a quick look.
Do you have Microsoft Office? It should read XML files.
I see PDF files also there. Do you have a PDF Reader like Adobe Reader? You can convert the PDF to Word or Excel.

 

I have MS Office and Adobe Acrobat 10 but what do I do with all the zip files?

And which file opens the book?

Have you opened one of the large PDF or XML files to see if it has all of the book? If so it is the only file you need.

 

Actually one of the PDFs does appear to show everything

The first few pages show nothing but after that everything seem to be OK

I didn't go beyond the first couple of pages before because they were blank.

One PDF shows the book in Greek and the other in English.

So what are all the zip files for?

Usually the download sites for books will give you the option to choose the type of file you want to download and you only need one. Looks like the download gave you several file formats in one file. If one has the whole book the others are not needed and can be deleted.
You might try the XML file and see if it looks better than the PDF and keep the one you like.
