How do u transfer ur FAVs from Internet Explorer to Safari, I have Vista

How exactly do you do this?

Also, IE and Safari being different, are the Favourites on Safari the 'Reading List' or is there another place/button?

Also, while I am posting, what is the name to look up, that explains....if you are logging onto yahoo (for example), you key in an 's', then the computer automatically has a drop-down box showing all the logins beginning with 's' and then u can select one without re-keying the whole thing, I want to look it up to enable it on my computer.
