how does Shellconhidden.windows happen

    anyone know how "Shellconhidden.windows" happens? and how i can stop it?
    all of a sudden every time i shut down it shows up during the shut down process, and i have NIS and SpyCatcher. (have WinXP Home)

    any ideas please? thanks............. :)
