    Canada ranks at #16. It's a LIE, I TELL YOU!! A LIE!! Seriously, I could walk there faster rolleyes .

    I might get a tenth of the average on a good day - phoning the ISP gets you the usual "It's all the file-sharers!". Right - tell me another one ;) .
