How ****ed am i ? Combofix Logs please help.

    So i recently started dcing randomly as if it almost felt like somebody was intentionally disconnecting me at some momments i dunno much about removel but i went ahead and used combo fix and a bunch of crap popped up id really appreciate if an expert took a look at this and explain to me what in the world is going on and if a Format is a MUST.

    Well it felt like i was disconecting at very important/critical momments on the computer as if somebody was remotely doing it. i dont wanna sound paranoid but i'm not sure why a skype file would or have been infected in anyway. Could it just be random ? I dunno.. anyways seems really sketchy to me to even have had viruses i rarely ever download anything.
