How long is the MGTools run time?

Kindly need your help in fixing my laptop. The browsers that I am using are very slow (IE and Chrome). I am sure it is infected by the malware Snap.Feed.

After reading the different posts here and following the instruction to download and run the MGTools software; the MGTools is pausing on the "Checking Local Loopback Ping" for the last 4 hours. Is this normal? and if yes how long can it stay like that.

Please note that I am using WIndows 7. I checked if there is any massage to respond to or any open window and there aren't any.

I am attaching the file MGLogs for your kind review. Please advise and thank you in advance.

Kindly note that I did run the Getlogs.bat file again and finished all the steps in the instructions Guide till the command prompt finished the scanning and closed.
