I have a F.E.A.R Combat server and i was wondering how many players i can handle with 10Mbps of download and 768Kbps of upload. I have it set to 10 Players right now but i was wondering what the max is without any lag.

I don't think that if a game doesn't require players to load anything while playing should consume much bandwidth. Can you save matches there or something like that? It's the best way to check it out. For example in Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne average match replay (so basically all the data that needs to be transferred) takes about 100-300KB (depending on match length but it's usually around 15 minutes and 100-200KB over 15min isn't a lot of transfer rate).
But that's just my opinion on the matter :p

You guys might also get an answer to this in the Networking section of the forums. I have no idea about your questions, though...

You might be able to push it to 15, but that's assuming you can guarantee 50kbps for each connection. However, numbers can be deceiving. It's always better to have 10 happy people with server "headroom" than to have 15 unhappy people bitching about the lag.:)
