how would u identify,benchmark, soulution, and pitfalls of the fallowing:
1.Slow intermittent network
2.High yearly cost for IT maintenance
3.Labour intensive manual processes which must be automated
4.Minimize security risk
5.Increased revenue Via CRM/Web implementations

any suggestions on some or all would be greatly appreciated.
