$53,000 a month rent just to sell $2.00 hot dogs outside a museum:confused The vendors must be making a good profit in order to pay $53,000+ a month rent. Tell ya what I'll do Bill, I'll move to New York, buy a hot dog wagon and if you'll pay the first months rent, I'll split the profits with you 50\50roflmao I can't believe I spent 30 years behind the wheel of a truck when I could have been selling hot dogs in N.Y.:cry

THE Museum and THE stadium. Not saying it's reasonable, but it is about as prime as real estate can get for a hot dog vendor for those that have never been to NYC.

Now, I do think it's greedy of the city to put it up for auction. It should be done for a reasonable price and should be done by lottery each month.
