My response....the same as it has been for years...28 If you ask my kids they will tell you the same thing...everyone that meets us are shocked cuz they think I am their sister rather than their mother.

IMHO and not to get to philosophical but I really do think physical age vs state of mind age (how you feel deep down) are drastically different. You can 'feel' younger than your physical age, have a blast AND still be mature about it. Nothing more irritating and downright sad IMO than a so-called-adult acting like a kid cuz they think it's cute or they are just looking for attention. It's one thing to have fun and enjoy life and entirely another to consistently make an arse out of yourself.

Well, me wife turned thirty last year, and it didn't seem so bad. I thought she would be a little depressed, but she got through it alright.

I don't feel all that old, though. Last week I hopped on a skateboard, which is something I haven't done in about eight years, and landed a 360 kick-flip on the first try!

31 here... not too bad of an age I would guess. I would probably consider this age the peak of mental and physical capabilities when you combine them together. Of course most of the 20 somethings in much better physical shape, but still have a whole lot to learn . And most of the 40 somthings on the physical decline but are still plenty sharp in a mental aspect. Feel free to disagree.
