How Powerful A PSU Will I Need For These Upgrades?

These are what I'm going to be upgrading to:

I think you would have plenty of Power with a 400 watt PSU or above.

 

if you're buying a new mobo and CPU, why dont you go for something with a PCI-Express slot? You can get that same card in PCI-E for much cheaper and a better card (7600GT/7900GS) for about the same price as that. Im running a similar setup with a 430W thermaltake TR2 PSU. (same vid card, overclocked p4, 1gig ram)
