   Backing up Gmail is easy since Google provides a tool for this purpose.
   
   But I could find nothing online about how to backup my Yahoo email.
   Any suggestions?

   Forward the email you want to save to a different email address so it is now in two places or do as I've been doing by printing out important emails. Anything I buy, I always print out so I have the date of purchase, name of item and most importantly a serial number.
   I've had my Ymail since 1999 and haven't lost an email in all that time.
