How To Control Access To Super-user And Administrator Accounts?

We are having problems with uncontrolled access to super-user and administrator accounts, do you think implementing least privilege access policies on privileged accounts would be the best solution? We want to prevent intentional or accidental damage on critical systems. Are there any solutions that you could suggest?

 

Definitely not.
Knowing your op system would come in handy for the more tech savvy.
But I would suggest having user access with admin control and looking to see who else is registered to your pc.
The more tech savvies on here are likely to suggest a program or even suggest ways to block whom you may have inadvertently let remote access to your pc which is likely to be the problem being that you may have called tech support somewhere and failed to shut off your remote access.

If you refer to Windows Vista onwards - based on User Account Control - there is only one type of general Administrator user account. The so-called 'Super' variant is quite different and usually hidden and rarely used but here is an article about it:
