How to deal with a Trojan?

    So I'm pretty lost here.

    When I go to any site this pops up first. ( Or even if I just refresh this browser, pops up every time)

    Then if I go to google, this is below the first search found. ( Along with a youtube link to some porn clip wtf)

    I haven't clicked the link that pops up to download the antispy software because I'm not sure if it's going to do more harm to my laptop?

    Anyone help me out with a solution here? I'm not tech savvy at all and really lost as to what's wrong with my laptop. The only thing I've done so far is try to download some Trojan Removal software but it didn't detect anything
