How To download a Video?

A buddy of mine is into them Transformers from the 80's and found a video on the net that he wants to download. I have tried a couple of times without any luck. Yes if your using firefox...go to this page

http://students.washington.edu/colin2/breakformers/Video_player_06.swf

then click ...file...in the navagation bar...upper left...than save page as...
you should be saving...Video_player_06.swf...i assume you have a flv player?
