I have a DVD with video (TV, not HD) ads for my store and want to pull some still photos from it. Quality doesn't need to be greatest. The files extensions are VOB ( ~25MB), BUP ((~20KB), and IFO (~20MB). I'm using an XP Pro computer.

Did a search, without any luck. How do I extract a pic or two from the videos?

    Hi Professor,
May I suggest that you install PowerDVD5 and use the screen capture built in to PowerDVD?
