How to get pass a Blue Screen

I can't bring up windows on my harddrive. There's an error on the blue screen. I tried so many ways but I guess I don't know what I'm doing. I don't have a restore cd. I tried to come up in safe mode but it kept coming back to the blue screen...Please Help!!!!

 

What is the exact BSOD error message word for word.

 

Thanks, I'm not sure. I'm not at my pc...I'm at work. It told me to uninstall my anti-virus,defragment, and some utilities..This is all I can remember.

 

Need to know what the exact error message is; that's the only way I'll have any idea of what may be the problem and how to fix it.

This is the error...Disable or unistall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup utlities. Check your hard drive configuration , and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK/F to check for harddrive corruption, then restart computer.

Your options are limited if you don't have a Window CD.
