How to install WMP 11 without valid windows key?

    I downloaded Windows Media Player 11 and it wouldnt work without valid registration key.what should i do?confused

    without a valid key you wont be able to install WMP11. this is microsofts way of clamping down on pirate copies of windows. take ASUS'S advice.....

    Just to doublecheck, how was Windows installed on your computer? Valdation can return false positives sometimes.

    My personal experience, most likely way for a home user to get a pirated copy of Windows on their system is to take it to a tech shop. :(

    If you think you should have a legit copy of Windows, go to www.microsoft.com/genuine, click on "validate Windows", and let us know what, if any, kind of error you get.
