How To Make A .REG File?

    Hey, Does anyone have a detailed tutorial or could explain to me exactly how to make .REG files? I need one so I can quickly edit the registry just by running a .REG file. Is this possible???

    Aaah Haa! Cheers, you're a life saver, this means I don't have to go round every single computer in my school and edit the registry manually :D
