How To Obliterate The Memory About An Obsolete Modem ?

Try as I might, the Google Help website did not give me the chance to 'state my case', only to list the title. In Password Check, Google warns me about 'the unsecure credentials' of an obsolete modem that I'd like to wipe from memory, but Google only gives me the chance to CHANGE the password. Is there a way how THAT memory can be obliterated ?

I'm not sure why a modem would show up. In my account, I have passwords for sites I've saved. In another area I have devices like android tablets and computers but never a modem showing up. (I've used 3 different modem in my computing career and none has ever appeared).

If you have Google Home (I do not), perhaps this will help

Never heard of Google Home, but I'll check the URL. I googled it and it appears to be an Android App. My device is Win10 PC.
