how to overclock amd dual core

    i read the overclocking guidelines so i want to try overclocking my cpu, of course with care that is why i am asking if someone have done an oc to a athlon 64x2 7850 2.8ghz to 3.2ghz....ive bumped into forums that an oc of this proc to 3.2ghz just requires standard cooling. could anyone share the steps in doing this. im not that advance in dealing with the bios. im using ecs A780GM-A blackseries mobo. tnx in advance
