How to recover Offline Files?

    All attempts to recover from a corrupted registry failed (XP Pro sp1). All other files on the drive appear to be OK. Some files from a host were cached locally and the offline files had not been synchronized for some time. I would like to recover the offline files. Where is the "offline files" cache located and how can the offline files be made available in a new install of XP Pro?
