how to remove Scclinet.exe completely?

hello,

so today, my internet browser wouldn't surf although connection was good and Skype and other types of internet application was working.
Tried chrome and both explorer, it won't just listen. It also freezed my AVG update, it was basically stuck at 15%..

so I was forced to log off because I ddin't see any significant change in the Task Manager process.. as I was logging off, I saw "SCCLINENT.EXE is closing now" with "End now" button.. I don't think this ever happened before..

after logging off and logging back in, internet browser went back to norma and I could go to home page as well.. I was suspicious so I googled and found it could be Malware.

I went control panel add/remove program and found suspicious application that was created recently, called something like "safetey surfer (or browser) idk" with black/white shield shape.. I deleted it, and checked the task manager, and the SCClinent.exe was not there anymore..

But I am still worried that the component of SCClient or its Malware still somehow exist in my computer.. What should I do?

I hate to do full Malwarebyte scan in the safemode though.. I know that is one of best option but.. Do you think the Malware is gone after removing it?
