How to Remove the repeted selection of OS's from booting menu

    hi experts,

    well, i am new to here

    well, letme ask my first doubt, reg OS, that,

    i have installed Win Xp, two times by mistakenly. after that, all the time, whn i am opening my PC, the selection is coming on the Dos mose that, wh OS i have to use.
    i waana remove one from this, as both are same.

    be kind to guide the step by step to remove this selection

    Right click "My Computer"
    Select Properties
    Under the Advanced Tab select Start up and Recovery click the Settings button
    Choose Edit
    You will see something like the file below. You would delete one of the bottom 2 lines if they are identical. Just make sure they are exactly the same before removing one.
    Also the reason I bolded parts of the lines is that you want to make sure that the bold part of the default line matches the bold part of the line you don't delete before saving any changes.
