how to remove this crap?

my sibling plays a MMORPG called " maple story " we all know games have hacks and he was telling me how he wanted to get hacks for it and had to insall this toolbar called " Zango " and he installed it but never got the hacks. My problem is that how can I remove it permanently? ive been trying to use the "remove programs" option but it somehow freezes up the PC each time. And using Adware Remover from lavasoft wont work neither. Someone help me ?
