How to remove trojan horse psw.onlinegames3.isi

    AVG scan found "trojan horse psw.onlinegames3.isi"
    WinXP Home, SP3, IE8
    I spent most of today to provide Windows XP Cleaner.
    Tried to run RootRepeal several times but got "Initializing, please wait" but gave up after approx 10 minutes. Had to Task Manager and delete "Busy" listing.
    Unable to get System Restore to work - would it have removed problem?
    I don't know what else to do at this point.
