how to remove windows security alert

Hello. I turned off my Windows Security Alerts and now I have a little red shield with an X through it on my start up items in the bottom right of my screen. I went to run-msconfig-start up items, but I didn't see a way to remove it. Does anyone know how? Take care.

 

click on the x should be a page open ,you should be able to disable it thyere.if not try to turn off the automatic updates.hope this helps.

 

I already turned off the auto updates. After I did this a red shield appeared. I can't turn off this red shield. It appears to be permanent. Take care.
