How to stop annoying ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD box

When I'm in Outlook 2002, it has starting this annoying pop up SEVERAL times and it's driving me CRAZY

It wants me to verify my name and password and even when I click REMEMBER it still pops up.

HOW do I get it to stop ?!??!?!

 

Being a Networkin Admin at the hospital, I have seen this many time. The way I have found is to do this.

In Outlook, go into Account Settings and choose the account you have setup. Under logon information, be sure you have the correct username and password, check the box that says remember. Also, when entering the username, some ISP's require the full email address and some just require the username without the ex. (@bellsouth.net).

Once you do this click ok and if it comes up again, enter the correct password and if it still comes up there is a problem with the username or password. The reason it prompts is because it can't validiate the username or password so be sure this is correct.
