How To Totally Restart/reload Brave?

I've had issues with my Brave browser for months now. For one, even when I restart it, the spellcheck doesn't work. And now, this week, my YouTube Watch Later list isn't giving me the "Move to Top" and "Move to Bottom" options (I looked online and saw no one else reporting this re: YouTube, so I'm assuming it's my browser. If anyone else has this issue with their YouTube, please let me know.)

I've looked online on how to restart Brave, but the issue remains. Should I totally remove Brave and re-download? How do I do that and maintain my saved passwords? Thanks for any help.
