How To Update E-mail On This Forum?

    Hello everyone, I need to update my e-mail for this Forum but found no place, none, how to do it. Should the Forum admin. do it for me??
    I am sorry but its pain in the neck and actually should be very easy to do and take 2 minutes. Your reply will arrive to my gmail that I am going to get rid of.
    Please help with providing step by step instruction. I am not new with computers and I know how to do it IF I found an option.
