how to use a second computer to diagnose

    I need to know how to use a second computer to diagnose my problems
    with new motherboard installation on another computer.

    as in where to plug in ETC the computer thats running is Windows XP SP3

    A little more information would be very helpful. First off, what parts are in the offending computer, and what is the problem(s)? And how are you going to use the second one for diagnostics?
