how to work with this...

so this is my situation...

my boss asked me to put a slave (hdd) to the pc were using in the work....
then to make back-up for "My documents" and inbox, sent items from "Outlook Express"

is there a possible way that it will make an automatic back-up before the pc will shutdown for "My documents" and inbox, sent items from "Outlook Express"

or is there a possible way to transfer them to the slave, i mean to transfer Default Location for "My documents" and inbox, sent items from "Outlook Express"?
