HP 1600 All-In-One Problem

Hi Technical Wizards!

I'm pretty new to maintaining my computer, but now that I've started getting into cleaning it, backing up files, etc. I can't get my HP 1600 printer to work.

It's worked just fine and dandy for 2 1/2 years and then I removed and re-installed it (completely removed all components and just part of it as well) the HP site now says that my model isn't network compatible. Well, that's kind of strange since mine worked just fine before.

I downloaded the drivers only and was able to install only the printer...my scanner won't install at all....or even scan when it isn't connected. Anyone have any tips?
