hp center agent(possibly a backweb program) slowing my comp down?

hi, i had to use system restore cause a trojan infected my hdd. now this program called hp center boots up every time i start up my computer, and it slows down my computer. even after i close it my computer is still slow. it was not like that before restored my computer.
the application is called hp center agent and the process is BackWeb-137903.exe any help is appreciated!
